I want you and your skin to be happy and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, you can return it within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, I cannot offer you a refund or credit on your purchase.
If the product is not faulty and/or damaged, a refund or credit will be offered. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in original packaging, to be eligible for a return. Proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Customised products and sale items cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify regarding the approval or rejection of your claim.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the product price will be reimbursement to your original method of payment. The processing of the refund may a couple of days, and will not include a reimbursement of the original shipping fee.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, firstly, recheck your bank account. Then contact your card provider as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears on your statement. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returning Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, item an item on sale due to clearance cannot be refunded.
Items may be replaced if faulty. If a product is defective, immediately take a photo of your product in it’s original packaging and send to email@example.com, along with your order number and date of arrival.
If insurance was purchased during checkout, and items were damaged during shipment, immediately take a photo of your product in it’s original packaging and send to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with your order number and date of arrival. Failure to raise the issue immediately may lead to no offer of refund or exchange.
If insurance was not purchased during checkout, and items were damaged during shipment, a refund will not be warranted.
Shipping and Returns
To return your product, you please send an email to email@example.com, titled "Return [Order Number]". After reviewing the email, information will be provided regarding the shipping address for the return.
The shipment costs involved in sending the products back are at the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, but if the order was originally purchased through PayPal, you may be able to claim the costs back. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your reimbursement.
Orders may only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase as I have a quick turnover on parcel dispatchment.
Orders will be shipped within one business day of placement. You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.
For domestic orders, expect delivery within 4-14 days from shipping comfirmation, unless an express service was selected at checkout. For international orders, expect delivery within 10-30 days from shipping confirmation.
